Reiki is a form of energy therapy that can be hands-on or no-touch with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “universal life energy” in Japanese. We will connect with this amazing form of energy therapy, setting our intention of opening energy blockages in your chakras, whether emotional, physical or spiritual, while restoring balance and harmony. You will leave feeling emotional cleared, relaxed, and grounded allowing a body to heal itself.
